Insurance

We understand that the items you store in your storage unit are important to you. However, our storage facility is not responsible for your property in the event of property loss. For this reason, our rental agreement suggests that each tenant maintain insurance coverage on their stored property. During the online rental or in person rental process, tenants are suggested to select one of the insurance options to ensure coverage from the start.  The other option is to provide your homeowners documentation and sign the waiver that acknowledges Mountain Wine Storage does not insure the contents of your locker.  

If you'd like to use your own insurance in place of one of our offerings, please provide a copy of the declaration page of your policy to our storage rental office within 4 days of your rental.  Please note tenant insurance for storage lockers, not the parking area or any other of the surrounding area out side the doors of the Mountain Wine Storage facility.
